Return Policy

While we all would prefer that products always work as expected out of the box, a very small percentage of the time there will be a problem. We’re very sorry when this happens but sometimes items just don’t work correctly straight from the manufacturer. Usually there’s nothing you or could have done to prevent it.

    • All products within the 30-day window will follow the stipulations below:

The customer is entitled to a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery if;

    1. The item received  is defective. In this instance, a replacement or refund will be covered by Armada Deals
    2. The item received functions correctly but is unwanted for any reason. In this instance, the customer assumes responsibilty for any and all postage and packaging costs in returning the item back to the seller.
  • After 30 days, any problems with the product will not result in a monetary refund, but a product replacement.
