How long will it take for my items to arrive?
We ship our items to the United Kingdom and the United States. The transit time in the U.K. is usually 4-6 working days, and the transit time in the U.S. is usually 5-7 working days. However, it may take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on your location and how long it takes to get through customs.
I have received a tracking number, but why is my package not showing any movement?
Each carrier has their own system for updating tracking. You can track your order on the carrier's website by entering the tracking number or pasting your number into your browser's search bar. If your item has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, allow an extra day or two then Contact Us and we will be happy to help you check the status of your shipment. If your tracking number results in an error message on the carrier's website, or doesn't seem to have been scanned by the carrier, please open a customer support ticket so we can contact the warehouse.
I’ve ordered multiple items and not all of them arrived?
We generally ship multiple goods in separate packages to avoid any long delays in customs. This means they could arrive at separate times.

What is your return policy?
All products within the 30-day window will follow the stipulations below: The item received is defective. In this instance, a replacement or a full refund will be covered by Armada Deals. The item received functions correctly but is unwanted for any reason. In this instance, the customer assumes responsibilty for any and all postage and packaging costs in returning the item back to the seller.
Are all your items in stock?
Generally speaking, all of our items listed on the website are available. But occasionally some items may be out of order due to strong demand. If you pickup an item and pay for it, but for any reason it is not available, we will contact you as quickly as possible, and either suggest you to choose the other similar item or process a promptly refund to your account.
I received my order, but there are parts missing. What should I do?
Our customer support team would be happy to contact the appropriate warehouse or supplier for replacement parts. Please send a request to [email protected] with your order number so we can take care of it right away.
