All products on Armada Deals will arrive to your intended address within 10-15 days. Certain products that might have a longer shipping time will be specified on the product page.
Each carrier has their own system for updating tracking. You can track your order on the carrier’s website by entering the tracking number or pasting your number into your browser’s search bar. If your item has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, allow an extra day or two then Contact Us and we will be happy to help you check the status of your shipment.
If your tracking number results in an error message on the carrier’s website, or doesn’t seem to have been scanned by the carrier, please open a customer support ticket so we can contact the warehouse.
We can ship your order almost anywhere in the world.
Generally speaking, all of our items listed on the website are available. But occasionally some items may be out of order due to strong demand. If you pickup an item and pay for it, but for any reason it is not available, we will contact you as quickly as possible, and either suggest you to choose the other similar item or process a promptly refund to your account.
Our customer support team would be happy to contact the appropriate warehouse or supplier for replacement parts. Please send a request to [email protected] with your order number so we can take care of it right away.
Total time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your request of exchange or refund, plus our processing procedure. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be exchanged and redelivered to you.
